Prices and shipping

Prices of each product are indicated on SARA ROTA website on the date of the order.

Prices may vary at any time, without affecting the orders that have already been placed ​​and accepted by SARA ROTA.

Shipping charges for purchases made ​​and accepted by SARA ROTA are: Spain and Balearic Islands  € 9.90, UK € 25, France € 25 and Germany € 25.

For other destinations send an email to info@sararota.com and indicate the desired items. SARA ROTA will define and communicate to the Customer the shipping method and shipping charges related.

Method of payment

Purchases will be paid by Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

ROTA SARA also accepts payments by bank transfer to the following account: 2100 0015 65 0200504514 La Caixa.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by a shipping company contracted by SARA ROTA.

When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send an email to inform you of the shipment to the delivery address provided by the Customer.

Delivery time is 10-15 working days from receipt of payment. The product will be sent to the address you specified, from Monday to Friday except holidays.

SARA ROTA will not be responsible for shipping delays due to causes beyond its control.

RETURNS

All products sold may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.

Previously, must indicate their intention by email, info@sararota.com answer through another e-mail specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The refund customer's account as a result of this return is made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by Sara Rota.

The return can not take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly put to use. Products must be returned imperatively properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the client) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. Be sent to the specified location in Sara Rota instructions for returning the product sent via email.

In the event that the return was not accepted by the vendor to understand that the product is intended whose return has been used, these products remain in the distribution warehouse for pickup by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.

Nor may it be returned in packages containing no attachment to identify the sender (order No., name, address ,...). The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be charged to the sender, who will send them safely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.

The return of products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product. The refund does not include any costs of delivery. Every person that you return your product will receive an email informing you of the amount of your refund.
